This instruction is given by following ASME code.
Step 2: Draw the skirt on both end of the diameter.

Step 3: Connect the two ends of skirt.

Step 4: Calculate the inside corner radius by using
following formula.
Icr=0.06 x Inside Diameter of Shell
Step 5: From one of
the ends of skirt draw a circle with a radius equal to icr calculated above.
Step 6 |
Step 6: This circle cuts the connection line of two ends of
skirt at a point name it B. From point B, draw a circle with a radius equal to
(shell radius-icr) and draw a vertical line at the midpoint of the line drawn
at step 1. This vertical line and the circle will intersect at a point and it
is the center point of the dished circle.

Step 7: Draw a circle using the center point found in step 6
with the shell radius or dish radius.
Step 8 |
Step 8: Draw a circle from point B with a radius equal to icr.
Step 9 |
Step 9: Trim all the lines except the lines shown in figure beside.
Step 10 |
Step 10: Mirror the lines as like figure.
Now you are done & get a ASME standard ToriSpherical Dishend. All the dimension found in this drawing will be ASME standard Torispherical dishend.
